Join us for our annual Winter Recognition Dinner as we celebrate another great year of fly fishing, friendship, and community. We’ll recognize our outstanding volunteers, install new officers and directors, share some exciting news for the year ahead, tell stories from the season, and enjoy an evening filled with good food, camaraderie, and laughter.

Guests are welcome! Bring your partner, friend, or fellow angler to share in the evening.

Dinner Menu

Dinner will be buffet style and include the following:

• Fresh Marinated, Grilled Tri-Tip of Beef with Horseradish Aioli, Chimichurri, or Bordelaise Sauce
• Chicken Piccata in a Lemon Caper Sauce
• Grilled Vegetable Napoleon with Chimichurri Sauce
• Garden Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumber, Croutons, and Champagne Vinaigrette
• Penne Pasta with a Fresh Tomato, Basil, and Garlic Sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese
• Fresh Roasted Vegetable Medley with Balsamic Glaze
• French & Focaccia Bread, Rolls, and Butter
• Coffee and Cake will be Served for Dessert
• An Open Bar will be Available, Serving Beer & Wine
